Programs for young people reach out to 11 year olds until they are 18 years of age.

The services are all devised to assist disadvantaged adolescents and the problems they face.

Services are located in Campsie and Camperdown for homeless youth with emotional problems and in Belmore for the diversion of young people from crime. Barnardos street workers reach out to disaffected young people in Sydney’s Inner West.

Services available here include:

  • Adolescent Support
    • Streetwork and Canterbury Youth at Risk (Marrickville and Belmore)
    • Post Release Options (Marrickville, Canterbury and Inner West)
    • Reconnect Programs (Marrickville, Belmore, Canterbury)
  • Homelessness
    • Adolescent Community Placements
